In accepting this bill of lading the shipper agrees that the custody and carriage of the goods identified shall be subject
to the terms and conditions in Northland's Bill of Lading Tariff(NOLS 200) and of carrier’s tariff or applicable
contract of affreightment, which shall govern the relations, whatsoever they may be, between the carrier and the shipper, owner and/or consignee of the goods, in every contingency and whensoever occurring.
This is to certify that the above named materials are properly classified, described, packaged, marked and
labeled, and are in proper condition for transportation according to the applicable regulations of the
Department of Transportation. If the shipent is of a hazardous nature and has been tendered ia a container,
it is declared that the packing of the container has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR 176.27(c).
